Expressions of Interest – Completions Supervisor (Onshore & Offshore Projects)

Zenith Energy is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Completions Supervisors to support upcoming well delivery projects across Australia, both onshore and offshore. As a leading well engineering and operations consultancy, we are preparing for anticipated completions scopes on behalf of our clients, and we're looking to connect with high-calibre field supervisors ahead of project mobilisation.

This is not a live role but a forward-looking opportunity to join our network and be considered for upcoming assignments.

About the Opportunity

Future scopes may include:

• Supervision of lower and upper completions installation
  




• Workover and intervention campaigns
  




• Well integrity remediation
  




• Plug and abandonment operations
  




• Field execution of completion programs in accordance with engineering design
  




• Oversight of service companies and contractors
  




• HSE leadership and assurance onsite
  




• Coordination of logistics, materials, and daily reporting
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in wellsite supervision, with significant time in completions
  




• Experience in offshore (jack-up or floater) and/or onshore environments
  




• Strong knowledge of sandface, cased hole, intelligent, and unconventional completions
  




• IWCF Well Control – Supervisory Level (essential)
  




• Deep understanding of wellsite operations and downhole tools
  




• Familiarity with Australian regulatory frameworks (e.g. NOPSEMA, state-based for onshore)
  




• Strong leadership, safety culture, and communication skills
  




• Available for FIFO or DIDO rotational assignments
