Compliance and Reporting Officer

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Compliance & Reporting Officer to support incident reporting, regulatory submissions, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen compliance, quality, and child safety outcomes across Busy Bees. This role is based in Brisbane on a 6-month fixed-term basis.

What you'll do

• Support identification, documentation, and preliminary reporting of incidents

• Collect and verify incident data and coordinate supporting information

• Assist with reports and submissions to regulatory bodies

• Help monitor compliance performance and recommend improvements

• Maintain Food Safety compliance and support policy reviews

• Stay up to date on legislation and sector best practice

What you'll bring

• Degree in Education/Early Childhood (or related field)

• Experience with NQF compliance and reportable conduct frameworks

• Strong attention to detail and confidence working in fast-paced environments

• Clear communication skills and collaborative working style

• National Police Check, WWCC, driver’s license, and valid Australian work rights
