This is an exceptional opportunity join a leading financial services firm that provide advice and wealth creation services to private and institutional investors and corporate clients throughout Australia. They are looking at bringing on a Compliance Manager to oversee the function.
Key Responsibilities - Assist in developing the organisations Compliance framework and management procedure, instilling a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assisting with local compliance and regulatory matters
- Accountability for regulatory compliance matters including measurements, monitoring, assessments and control.
- Overseeing and participating in the delivery of internal audits across our back office and front office functions
- Partnering with the business of compliance polies and procedures.
- Participate and lead in any compliance related training.
Qualifications - Deep experience within Compliance gained either or partially or wholly within financial services.
- Strong communication skills, able to work with the business and whilst maintaining essential independence.
- Business partnering skills with the ability to work closely with the regulators.
- Analytical mind and excellent problem-solving skills and establish solutions for its implementation and fast adoption.
