Compliance Officer - Immediate Start

Job Tasks

• Manage all employee and business process compliance activity for the business.
• Creation and distribution of company HSEQ alerts, toolboxes, procedures, polices and manuals.
• Creation and management of compliance documentation.
• Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits.
• Manage and assist with hazard and incident investigations.
• Develop and maintain company-wide policies and procedures in line with ISO 9001:2016, AS/NZS 4801:2001 and ISO 14001:2018.
• Maintain and update the company registers for Documents, MSDS, Non-conformance and Corrective Acton, Approved Suppliers, Toolbox talks, Training and Competency, Key and Fire Extinguisher.
• Other duties as directed. 

Skills and Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Quality Assurance and training or;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the compliance sector.
• Current WA driver’s licence.
• Knowledge of Awards, Acts, Regulations and Standards relating to Quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
• Effective time management and organisational skills.
