We have an amazing opportunity in our David Jones Hay Street concession store for a leader who is driven, self-motivated and ideally has a clienteling background. 

About the role

We have an amazing opportunity to join Michael Kors at our David Jones Elizabeth St location. We are looking for a Concession Manager who is driven, self-motivated and ideally has a clienteling background.

You will be responsible for driving business results through continuous development of the store team as well as an optimised management of store image, product and operations. You will be involved in all aspects of: 

• Business Development – with a focus on key business strategy
• Team Management – motivating and developing the team
• Client Management – build relationships with our clientele
• Customer Relationship Management – manage customer database and in-store promotional events
• Store Management – including housekeeping, inventory management, visual merchandising

This is a full time, 38 hours per week, opportunity based at our David Jones Elizabeth Street concession store location. 

About you

• 2+ years experience in retail management role 
• Experience working in a Concession store - preferably in David Jones or Myer desirable but not essential
• Understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
