The Opportunity

As a Concierge, you will create memorable guest experiences by delivering warm, intuitive, and personalised service from arrival through to departure. Providing exceptional service, you will stay one step ahead of guests’ needs – record and act on their preferences, and handle their messages, requests, questions, and concerns, to create unique and memorable moments for the guests under your care.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
• Provide recommendations on resort facilities, dining, local attractions, tours, and experiences.
• Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and guest activities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Anticipate guest needs and create personalised experiences that exceed expectations.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of resort services, operating hours, and local destination information.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest requests efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
• Promote resort experiences and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the Concierge desk and lobby areas remain professional, organised, and welcoming.

Base rate $28.38 + penalties + loading

To be successful in this part-time role, you’ll have:

• Previous experience in Concierge, Front Office, Guest Services, or a luxury hospitality environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident using hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Professional presentation with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Valid driver's licence
