Concrete Repair Specialist, not limited to

We are seeking a experienced and dedicated Concrete Repair Technician to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong ENGLISH SPEAKING and a  background in various concrete remediation tasks including; 

• Floor leveling 
• Rooftop patch work 
• Concrete Remediation
• Identifying and repairing concrete cancer and honeycomb 
• Concrete grinding 
• Jack hammering 
• Treatment of rising damp 

Key Responsibilities; 

• Perform floor leveling and ensure a smooth even surface, creating a rise or fall when required
• Conduct rooftop patch work and concrete remediation projects 
• Identify and repair issues such as concrete cancer and honeycomb
• Execute concrete grinding and jack hammering efficiently 
• Treatment and knowledge of rising damp 
• Work autonomously while following directions 

REQUIREMENTS; 

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in concrete repairs and remediation 
• FLUENT ENGLISH BOTH SPOKEN AND WRITTEN 
• Must have a Vaid White Card 
• Own vehicle 
• ability to work independently and take directions 
• Must be familiar with materials such as Sika Dual, Nitro Seal and Enviro 165
