What you’ll contribute to

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Connected Vehicles Reporting Coordinator to join our National Sales Division and play a pivotal role in one of Toyota’s key strategic priorities—strengthening our digital value chain and elevating the connected experience for both Fleet and Retail customers.

In this role, you’ll help shape the next generation of Toyota’s genuine telematics solutions and enhance in‑vehicle connected services across Australia. If you’re passionate about innovation, data‑driven insights, and customer‑centric outcomes, this is your chance to make a measurable impact.

This  is a permanent role based in Port Melbourne with flexible work arrangements on offer.

How you’ll make an impact

• Support Toyota’s genuine telematics solutions by contributing to both sales and aftersales customer support initiatives. Collaborate across divisions to drive customer retention strategies and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

• Assist in developing processes and reporting frameworks to increase awareness and drive customer onboarding to Toyota Halo and Toyota Connected Services.

• Maintain reporting systems to deliver accurate and timely data that supports business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

• Lead and facilitate cross-divisional working groups to enhance collaboration and optimise service delivery.

• Provide expert support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure services are delivered to the expected quality standards.

• Proven experience with a strong focus on telematics and fleet customer management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate skills in VLOOKUP and PivotTables; experience with Power BI for reporting is highly desirable.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with customers.
