We offer Turn Key Homes to all our clients (completed Homes) for a seamless enjoyable approach to new Home Construction. We are dedicated to investing in our Team members through mentoring, training. You must be eager to learn and passionate about improving Client and Contractor experiences with our company.

Qualifications & experience

• Experience in contract administration practices and solid experience in a similar role.
• Current valid driving licence
• Tertiary qualifications in building, quantity surveying, construction management other relevant discipline would be an advantage but not required if can show 2 years experience in similar role.
• You will have need at least an intermediate skill level in Excel and Word and other basic Microsoft office products

Tasks & responsibilities

• Communication is key - Positive excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with Clients, Internal teams, and Subcontractors.
• Obtain and collate Quotations from Subcontractors Suppliers.
• Manage digital files and documents, communication storage and distribution of same.
• A hands-on individual with strong organisational skills, highly capable of multi-tasking, with high-level attention to detail.
• Carry out the preparation Purchase orders and Contracts for review and the distribution of the same with support in the form of review of the same from other Team members.
• Eager to learn new tasks and processes.
