The Role - We are on the hunt for a Client Liaison Officer that will have some contracts administration responsibilities. This person will assist with estimating, building approvals, supplier paperwork, handover packs & general housing administration. 

Duties:

• Guiding and managing client relationships and expectations from point of sale to the commencement of construction
• Delivering exceptional customer service and quality control through professional communications
• Exceeding client expectations through prompt communication via various channels
• Addressing raised issues promptly and providing appropriate resolutions
• Maintaining accuracy in preparing documents such as Preliminary Tender Proposals, Building Specifications, Variations, and Contracts
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external teams

About You: 

• Forward thinking
• Residential builder experience preferred, however a general knowledge of construction and plan reading is favourable also 
• Organised
• Be able to professionally respond to emails & write letters
• Professional with a positive can do attitude
• Any age (all applicants with the right skills are encouraged to apply)
• Systemised - able to create & work within processes
• Construction experience is ideal 
• Attention to detail
• Good time management
• Can work in an at times high pressure environment
