Construction Cleaner – Pathway to Management - Urgent Position

About the Role

We are looking for a hardworking go-getter to join our team of construction cleaners. We want someone who desires a long-term career with us, starting from the bottom, learning the ropes as a cleaner, and quickly scaling to Supervisor, Manager, and even potential shareholder. This is exactly how we have grown all of our Directors at the Build Clean Group—our CEO even started as a cleaner.

We are a national group with individual companies set up across Australia. Melbourne is one of our newest expansions, and we are scaling extremely fast. We urgently need managerial support, and the quicker you show us you are the right person, the quicker you move up. We are looking for someone eager to get their hands dirty, earn the team’s respect, and learn fast for a huge return of endless opportunities.

Purpose

To join the team as a construction cleaner and quickly work your way up to the top as a leading Manager in a fast growing organisation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Driver’s License and Vehicle
• Full working rights
• Fluent English
• Construction Industry White Card
• Availability Monday to Friday (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
• Management Experience (preferable) 
• Speak Spanish (bonus, but not required) 

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Performing detailed cleaning tasks on construction sites
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Reporting any issues or damages to the supervisor
• Managing equipment and materials
• Liaising with team members & customers to ensure efficient workflow
• Travelling between job sites as required
