Position: Experienced Construction Estimator

While we are new to the industry, we are backed by the largest turf production business in the country, providing us with a solid foundation and resources. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator with a proven track record to join our team. This role is pivotal to our company's success and growth. The successful candidate will be involved in estimating, resourcing, and directly contributing to the development and expansion of Precision Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accuracy and feasibility of estimates.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities associated with projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
• Contribute to the growth and strategic planning of the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
