Qualifications & experience

• Minimum requirement, being able to operate Microsoft word, excel, outlook, etc.
• Confident in taking and making phone calls to both internal and external parties.
• Experience in estimating construction projects.
• Adequate experience in sourcing quotations and working with the relevant trades and suppliers.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Taking and receiving phone calls.
• Monitor emails from internal and other external parties.
• General administrative support if and when required.
• Retrieving quotations/pricing from our relevant trades and suppliers.
• Estimating a range of different projects in a timely manner.
