Construction Lawyer 1-2 years pae

Our well known and respected boutique client are offering an amazing opportunity for a junior lawyer.

They are looking for a front end lawyer with a minimum of 1-2 years experience (more experienced construction or contract lawyers will also be considered).

You must have some prior experience working with contracts to apply, such as working on preparation of contracts and reviewing of contracts.

You will have the benefit of full training which will be provided as part of the role.

Your work will involve:

• preparation of contract documents including tenders, head contracts, sub contracts and consultancy agreements
• reviewing contracts
• providing contract administration advice
• advising in relation to claims under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act including preparing and responding to Adjudication Applications
• preparation of claims on behalf of contractors
• dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation
