Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, contractual and quality standards.
  
  
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, working in a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  
  
• Effectively collaborating with Site Supervisors/Managers to ensure builds are completed on time and within advised budget.
  
  
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  
  
• Attend construction meetings and implement improvements.
  
  
• Provide continuous training and ongoing support to the team members 
  
  

 

What you will bring to the role

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Construction Manager, preferably Medium Density.
  
  
• Strong ability to manage a team and meet KPIs.
  
  
• Having managed a team of minimum 4+ supervisors/site managers
  
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  
  
• Extensive knowledge across planning, managing, handling budgets, contracts, estimating etc
