LM Engineering is a Melbourne-based engineering consultancy that offers instinctive project management and engineering solutions, and exceptional results in Process, Construction & Production Solutions.

Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager at LM Engineering located in Melbourne, VIC. The Project Manager will be responsible for:

· Overseeing and managing projects, expediting timelines, conducting inspections for work quality and legal compliance.

· Managing external project teams and consultants.

· Budget control of projects, scheduling external resources and site coordination.

· Producing tender documents alongside senior management.

· Ensuring a safe environment and quality systems are in place on all projects.

Joining our highly experienced and diverse team of engineers and project managers the successful applicant will develop relationships and work closely with clients and project teams to deliver successful end-to-end outcomes for project sponsors and stakeholders.

The successful applicant will work out of the main office in Port Melbourne and on client sites predominately in the Melbourne area, with a requirement to work in the greater Victoria region and interstate as required.

This role has the flexibility of working some days remotely.

Qualifications - Bachelors degree in project management, construction management, engineering, or relevant field.

Proven experience in construction, process systems and industrial projects, automation, facilities, and building services projects.

Strong project management skills with 3+ years previous experience in project management of projects up to $10m.

Experience in project business case development, budget control, scheduling, site coordination, safety environment and quality systems, stakeholder engagement and change management

Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively and efficiently .

Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead the project team, provide technical guidance, and facilitate issue resolution

Capacity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to keep projects on track .

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.

Industry Project Management & Engineering Employment.
