Construction Supervisor

About The Company:

My client is a well-established residential builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality homes and multi-residential developments across NSW. With a focus on quality, innovation and customer satisfaction, they have built a business that values experienced construction professionals and empowers them to take ownership of their projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Construction Supervisor to independently manage a 16-dwelling townhouse development.

The Role:

This is a standalone site-based role where you will have full responsibility for the successful delivery of a 16-dwelling multi-residential project. You'll be trusted to manage the construction program, coordinate trades, maintain quality standards and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time and within budget. This position is best suited to an experienced Supervisor who enjoys working autonomously and thrives in an environment where they can take ownership of their site.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of a 16-dwelling townhouse development


• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, suppliers and site activities


• Driving the construction program to ensure milestones and completion dates are achieved


• Maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout each stage of construction


• Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance with WHS legislation


• Managing client, consultant and internal stakeholder relationships


• Proactively identifying and resolving on-site issues to minimise delays


• Monitoring project costs and ensuring works remain within budget


• Maintaining accurate site documentation and reporting

About You:
You are a highly experienced Construction Supervisor with a proven background delivering residential projects. You're confident working independently, take pride in delivering quality outcomes and have the leadership skills to keep projects running efficiently.

To be successful, you will have:

• Minimum 5-6 years' experience as a Construction Supervisor across mutli residential projects, or volume housing


• Experience delivering multi-residential projects will be highly regarded


• The ability to manage a site independently with minimal supervision


• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills


• Excellent knowledge of residential construction methods, Australian Standards and WHS legislation


• A trade background (Carpentry) will be highly regarded


• Certificate IV in Building & Construction or a Bachelor of Construction Management is highly regarded


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities


• Current Driver's Licence
