An ICG client runs a major global multi branded healthcare business.
As part of a structured performance improvement strategy they have identified the need for a proven c-suite level transformation professional able to lead cross functional teams across many brands and geographies concurrently.
Role
Reporting directly to the CEO and joining a C-suite team for 18 months you will build and orchestrate the transformation program to success.
Required experience:
- Success designing and leading multiple major complex transformation programs (these need to be explicitly listed in your application)
- Ability to engage sensitively but assertively with senior stakeholders across the business
- Experience at c-suite level either as a C-suite or C-suite advisor
Engagement Period: In the coming weeks, this is a dedicated full-time role Duration: 12-18 months. Once selected, it is expected the successful candidate will build their own team from a combination of internal transfers and ICG Professionals
Location: Singapore base preferred /Sydney based
Rate: Please specify your net rate for this role as a day rate in AUD or SGD given a contract tenure of 12-18 months
