An ICG client is looking for a senior org design/ change consultant to include in a tender for the development of a technology services target operating model, transitional implementation planning, and business readiness preparations for a government client

The successful applicant will guide the executive team and technology capability to close the gap on successfully applied technology. 

Lead development of org design, capability requirements, job design, KPI design, impact assessments, workforce transition, change management and operational readiness preparations for a target operating model design & implementation planning engagement.
