A prestigious client of ICG is embarking on an enterprise-wide digital transformation centred around implementing a next-generation industry-specific CRM platform. This initiative aims to modernise operations, consolidate systems, and leverage data analytics for strategic decision-making across their diverse business units. We seek an exceptional technology consultant to help shape our proposal and drive successful project execution

• Develop a comprehensive training strategy to support the adoption of a new CRM platform by a small marketing and communications team. 
  




• Create user guides and training materials that will help users understand the new workflow
  




• Conduct training sessions for different user groups
  




• Support change management initiatives
  




• Enable knowledge transfer to internal teams
  
  

Skills and experience required:

• 10+ years of enterprise CRM implementation experience
  




• Deep expertise in modern CRM platforms and industry trends. Tessitura CRM experience and knowledge preferred. 
  




• Proven track record in large-scale digital transformation projects
  




• Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
  




• Change management and training delivery expertise
