About the role
Due to continued growth, we have some exciting opportunities for a Consultant to join our team in Brisbane.

As part of the team, you will focus on attracting and sourcing candidates and building strong relationships with our stakeholders. This is a fast-paced role requiring a true sense of urgency whilst delivering quality in all areas of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop strong working relationships with candidates and clients
• Source and attract highly skilled candidates
• Conduct thorough screening and interviews
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the onboarding process and during assignments
• Maintain records are current and up to date

Your experience working in a high-pace, sales environment will provide a solid foundation for your success in this role. You will possess the following:

• Experience in a recruitment role or the sector
• Experience working within a target driven environment
• Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, candidates, and clients
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Persistence, perseverance and positivity to achieve the desired outcome
• A desire to learn, be a part of a team and have fun!
