Green Light Australia are partnering up with a leading company to engage an Operational Model Lead / Organisation Designer
 
Some key responsibilities include:

• Review and assess the existing operating model and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop a clear vision for the end-state operating model.
• Engage with senior executives, business leaders, and functional teams to gather insight.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to create the new operating model.

To be shortlisted you require the following experience:

• Proven experience working as an Operational Model Lead / Organization Designer or similar role for large complex environments.
• Ideally you will have some experience working on mergers or acquisitions or withing banking environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills.
