The Position

TRS Resourcing is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant for our Freight Forwarding / Logistics Desk (Trades, Non-Executive Perm, and Contract). Our company has a track record of internally training recruiters, from trainees to seasoned professionals.

To accommodate the founding director's time constraints, we are transitioning from this training model to bring on board an experienced senior recruitment consultant. The selected candidate will identify and evaluate a range of freight Forwarding / Logistics Desk positions across Melbourne from various channels, progressively building a client network.
