Job Description - Contact Centre Team Leader - 6 months

6-month contract leading a high-performing banking contact centre Your new company
A well-established and highly regarded financial services organisation with a strong presence in the Australian market is seeking an experienced Contact Centre Leader to join their Sydney CBD-based operation. This organisation is known for its customer-first culture and commitment to service excellence.

Your new role
  • Lead a high-performing Customer Service Contact Centre team within a large banking environment
  • Drive team performance, engagement, and service excellence through hands-on leadership and coaching
  • Ensure outstanding customer outcomes in a fast-paced contact centre setting
  • Report directly to senior leadership and work closely with key stakeholders
  • 6-month contract opportunity suited to an experienced financial services contact centre leader
  • Immediate or short-notice start preferred
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Proven experience leading customer service teams within a banking or financial services contact centre
  • Strong people leadership skills with a coaching and performance-driven approach
  • Experience managing day-to-day contact centre operations and service delivery
  • Ability to drive team engagement, productivity, and customer outcomes
  • A results-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Availability for a 6-month contract and willingness to work from the Sydney CBD
