Content & Social Media Creator | Artesian Hospitality

Artesian Hospitality is on the hunt for a creative, trend-obsessed Content Creator to join our growing team across the Gold Coast & Brisbane.

This is not your average job — and it's definitely not a 9-to-5.

You'll be creating content across 9 unique hospitality venues — from rooftop beach clubs and nightclubs to restaurants, pubs, dive bars and live music venues. Think rooftop sunsets, packed dance floors, cocktail and food shoots, live music and events, influencer collabs, viral TikToks, and behind-the-scenes venue moments.

About the Role

You'll be on the ground when our venues are their busiest - Friday and Saturday nights, event launches and VIP nights. If that energises you, you'll love it. If not, this isn't the role.

The role is split between office hours (editing, scheduling, trend research, graphics and content planning) and in-venue hours (capturing live content during trade, events, launches and nightlife activations). No two days are the same.

You can expect to produce around 10–15 pieces of content per week across our venues.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating TikToks, Reels and social-first content, mostly shot on phone, keeping it real and in-the-moment. Capturing photo and video across venues, editing fast-paced social content via Capcut, staying across current trends, sounds and viral formats, creating graphics in Canva, and working with influencers, DJs, artists and venue teams.

What We're Looking For

No formal degree required — we care about your ability to create exciting, on-trend content, full stop. 

You'll need:

• Strong UGC instincts and a confident eye for content


• A solid grasp of current TikTok and Instagram trends


• Confidence on camera and filming in busy nightlife environments


• Proficiency in CapCut, TikTok, Instagram and Canva


• Strong video editing skills


• An organised, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment


• Availability for day and night shifts including weekends 


• Active use of AI tools in your workflow — ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, Midjourney and similar. You don't need to be an expert, but people who use AI in 2026 move faster, and we want someone working at pace


• Photography and/or hospitality experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
