Ray White Commercial (WA) are seeking a full time dynamic staff member to join our Administration team in the role of Contracts Administrator. 

This role is suited to someone who has a positive attitude, is well organised and structured.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent computer skills with sound understanding of Google suite of products (i.e. Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Adobe, DocuSign as well as use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Publisher) are essential
  • Ability to learn, able to multi task - organisation and efficiency are crucial
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of commercial real estate office transactions desirable, including knowledge of Sale & Lease contracts and sundry documents.
  • A positive attitude towards learning new things and working in a team environment

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processing Sale & Lease contracts, managing process from initial sale (lease) through to settlement
  • Managing all contractual conditions
  • Handling all associated communication with sales team, sellers, buyers as well as settlement agents and legal firms. 
  • Assist with processing Sale and Lease listings
  • Maintaining hard copy and electronic filing systems
  • Assisting with drafting of contract variations and annexures

Other Duties

Assist Administration Assistant with

  • Stationery stock control
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Arranging IT work required to ensure all equipment within the office is functioning
  • Ensuring the office is presented in a clean, tidy and professional manner
  • Arrange general office maintenance
  • Organise staff & director travel and accommodation
  • Cover for other staff members where required including Reception relief.
