About You:

You're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for managing contracts and ensuring seamless operations within the dynamic property industry. Your proactive approach to managing stock reservations, facilitating re-sales, and processing contracts reflects your commitment to precision and excellence. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Manage stock reservations and coordinate updates for deposits, contracts, and delays with builders/developers, ensuring accurate records and website updates.
  • Prepare property information and manage contracts for re-sales, ensuring effective communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Process sales, verify documents, handle amendments, and coordinate closely with solicitors, clients, and builders/vendors for contract accuracy.
  • Maintain meticulous database records, generate contract status reports, and ensure compliance with auditing standards.
  • Facilitate deposits management, including coordination with solicitors/builders, payment arrangements, refunds, and client updates.
  • Support property presentations, collaborate on marketing materials, and handle additional duties as directed.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Intermediate Computer skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Planning and organising/time management skills.
  • Ability to see tasks to completion in an accurate & timely manner.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, ability to work with autonomy around flexible working hours.
  • Attention to detail, display initiative, and a high standard of work.
  • Overall positive approach and self-motivated.
  • Previous experience in contracts administration or related field.
  • Familiarity with auditing procedures and compliance standards.
  • Willingness to travel interstate for live property events.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years industry experience (preferred although not essential).
  • A knowledge and understanding of mortgage loans, property management, and/or construction preferred.
  • Clear Police & Credit Report (Mandatory).
     

Please be aware that this position is a full-time on-site role and work from home arrangements are not an option. Successful candidates must be prepared to work exclusively from the office in Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast, QLD OR Norwest, Sydney, NSW.
