Contracts Administrator - Unlimited Growth Potential

We're seeking a highly motivated and organised Contracts Administrator to join our growing team in Maryville, NSW. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in managing contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring they're delivered efficiently and effectively.

What you'll do:

• Review, analyse, and interpret contracts, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Manage variations and claims, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Oversee subcontract administration, including onboarding, inductions, and performance monitoring.
• Process invoices and manage project budgets in accordance with agreed terms.
• Maintain accurate contract registers and filing systems.
• Provide clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders on contractual matters.
• Support the development and implementation of effective contract management processes.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in contracts administration, ideally within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction contract principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and contract management software (a plus).
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
