Our SOLVE Facility in Altona is looking for an energetic and experienced Control Room Operator to join our fantastic team on a roster that offers work/life balance and combined with accrued annual leave entitlements gives you over 200 days off per year. The Control Room Operator is our most senior hands on position at SOLVE and is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our thermal desorption plant.
Our 4-week rotating roster is a mixture of both 12 hour day and night shifts with no permanent shifts from Friday night to Monday morning. At SOLVE if you are available to work any additional shifts outside your roster you will be paid at an overtime rate that inflates your already competitive base salary.
