About the Opportunity

Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for a University Control Room Officer at one of our premium sites located in Hawthorn.

The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Assess and respond to situations of risk or hazard.
• Access control and monitoring CCTV, Alarm systems
• Incident report writing and data logs.
• Site safety and monitoring
• Providing consistent high quality customer service
• Control access to security sensitive areas
• Interact with various stakeholders including client representatives, building and facilities management, contractors, emergency services, employees and the general public.
• Monitor Access control, alarm control and CCTV to detect any security breaches or incidents.
• Risk identification, incident response and issue resolution
• Access control
• Incident report writing and data logs

Control Room: No Control Room Experience Required however, clear communication is a must!

Rotating Position

12 Hour Shifts - Rotating Roster: x2 Weeks of Day Shift/ than x2 Weeks of Night Shift

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday

Start Times: 6am or 6pm
