Conveyancer/ Paralegal - Leading Industry Pay

We are a boutique law firm located in the Eastern Suburbs. For the past twenty three years we have specialised in property transactions within the investment portfolio.  Our firm handles high volume residential and commercial conveyancing, in addition to general law practice areas such as Estate planning and commercial law.  

We have an opportunity for a Conveyancer or Paralegal with a minimum of 4 years' experience working solidly in conveyancing. The successful applicant must possess:

• A premium work ethic;
• A sound knowledge of PEXA;
• A sound understanding of residential contracts and vendor statements;
• Ability to cope well under pressure and manage critical deadlines and competing priorities with accuracy;
• Ability to run high volume of files;
• Ability to learn new skills (applicable for matters outside of Victorian jurisdiction); 
• Exceptional telephone manner and communication skills;
• A friendly and professional disposition with strong interpersonal skills; 
• A sound attention to detail; and
• Ability to work with others in a team as well as autonomously. 

Training will be provided for any interstate matters.
