We are a friendly, professional boutique law firm based in Oak Park, seeking an experienced conveyancer. If you are interested in joining a team-focused group dedicated to delivering high-quality services to our clients, we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for a full-time conveyancing clerk with a minimum of 1 year experience. We offer a great working environment and can provide flexibility suitable to your own circumstances.
The role includes:
Preparation of contracts
Respond to email and phone queries from clients and external parties
Mortgage, Caveat, Survivorship and Transmission Registrations
Arranging settlements via PEXA and Duties Online
Communicating with clients, banks and other stakeholders
Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team
Other general administrative tasks
Basic receptionist duties
The person we are looking for will possess:
Trustworthiness
Ability to work autonomously
High level of attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in conveyancing or a similar legal support role is highly advantageous
