Corporate Actions Analyst

Our client is a leading Financial Service organisation that offers its clients a diversified range of financial products and services. Due to internal movements our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Analyst to join their team.
  
This position requires and individual with a high attention to detail / analytical skill base but also the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.  Having a strong background in corporate actions and general market operations will be well regarded. Our client wants to meet candidates who are career focused and are driven to succeed.
  
To be successful our client is ideally looking for applicants who have a working knowledge of corporate actions across dividend entitlements, rights issues, open offers and bonus issues, intermediate tax knowledge, Strong processing / reconciliation skills and attention to detail, good verbal, written communication skills, intermediate skills on excel and word and the ability to build and maintain established relationships.
