- Administer and activate the Issues & Crisis Communications (ICCG) plan, providing real-time counsel during incidents and embedding post-incident learnings.
- Manage stakeholder and industry engagement, preparing briefing materials and ensuring IBAL positions are coherent, evidence-based and well understood.
- Champion social impact communications, amplifying priority partnerships while applying sustainability and anti-greenwashing guardrails.
What we're looking for - Strong corporate and external communications experience in a regulated environment (financial services preferred).
- Proven delivery of thought leadership and executive profiling, including speechwriting and op-ed development.
- Hands-on issues and crisis communications capability, including plan administration, activation and war-room ways of working.
- Excellent media and spokesperson coaching skills, with sound judgement and calm decision-making under pressure.
- Exceptional writing and editing ability, able to translate complex topics into clear, audience-first stories.
- Stakeholder-savvy operator who partners effectively with senior leaders, legal, compliance, risk and external agencies.
