Key Responsibilities - Framework Development: Collaborate with the Enterprise Performance and Service Innovation Coordinator to create a comprehensive framework for continuous improvement. This framework will encompass performance indicators, measures, metrics, and processes for ongoing evaluation.
- Cross-Organisational Collaboration: Facilitate and participate in partnerships across various departments within the Council to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in achieving cross-functional alignment and organisational excellence.
- Project Leadership: Lead working groups through various continuous improvement projects. This includes defining project scope, collecting and analysing data, and developing effective solutions to enhance organisational performance.
