The successful candidate will have started to gain experience with
joint ventures, asset and company acquisitions and disposals, capital raisings for both listed and unlisted clients and an understanding of the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules and general corporate compliance. As well as building an impressive deal sheet at this market leading firm, the successful candidate will receive top of market remuneration. Candidates with the following attributes are encouraged to apply:
- 3+ years' experience within Public and/or Private M&A, Private Equity, Equity Capital Markets and/or Corporate Advisory;
- private practice experience, gained at a reputable law firm in Australia or overseas;
- relevant in-house backgrounds will also be considered;
- candidates with stronger commercial law experience and less corporate skills will also be considered;
- an ability to assist with building client relationships;
- excellent analytical and communication skills;
- high levels of self-motivation; and
- be a collaborative team member.
