We are actively seeking Corporate Lawyers who are eager for growth and challenge, to join high-performing and sought-after corporate teams in Perth.

These established firms are home to WA’s highest-regarded Partners who retain significant client bases, representing prominent international and Australian private entities as well as publicly listed clients, depending on each team.

You will ideally have experience advising clients across:

• Mergers & Acquisitions – public/private
• Related ASX/ASIC Compliance
• Corporate Structuring
• Equity Capital Markets
• Domestic & international transactions
• Corporate transactional work
• Diverse corporate/commercial matters

We are interested in speaking with lawyers with 2-6+ years’ PAE who have a strong corporate background, from international, national or leading boutique law firms, or market-leading in-house teams.
