About the role
In this fast paced, challenging and highly pivotal role you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers either over the phone or over the counter
• Inputting sales orders
• Answering incoming pricing and delivery queries
• Providing quotes to customers over the phone
• Coordinating and distributing picking slips to the warehouse staff.

 
Skills and experience
As the ideal candidate and to make the transition as smooth as possible, you will possess the following key attributes:

• Previous  customer service/counter sales  experience ideally within the automotive or industrial industry
• An ability to build rapport quickly with people at all levels
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Be a team player who is willing to go the extra mile
