This is a 12 month cover for parental leave and reports to the APAC People Director.What you’ll do:Serve as the key HR leader partnering with the ANZ Managing Director and supporting various teams which consists of Sales, Engineering, Operations and other Cross-Functions across Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland.Partner with stakeholders to ensure employee and business needs are met, focusing on organizational design, change leadership, and talent managementRecommend, develop, and implement new HR processes as required to grow the businessInfluence business and talent initiatives that support our short and long-term business goals, including driving practices that enable high performance and operational excellenceProvide counsel and guidance on complex employee mattersAct as an executive coach for key clients and leaders; hold a high bar for leadership values and behaviorsInfluence and/or deploy practices to increase employee engagement and satisfactionModel and reinforce our cultural values of being kind, smart, and creativeKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ability to coach leaders on personal and team developmentAbility to prioritize workload and self-manage projects; demonstrates initiative and manage multiple, competing prioritiesAbility to work autonomously in a fast-paced and at times, ambiguous environmentsKnowledge of and experience with Snap Inc productsExperience in HRLDP or similar development program experienceHR experience in a tech start-up or high growth companyExperience designing and deploying HR systems and processesExperience with core HR domains, including performance management, organizational design, talent management, compensation, and employee relationsExperience influencing and advising executive leadership on talent and employment mattersExperience with people data analytics; ability to influence with dataMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field or equivalent years of experience5+ years experience in an HR Business Partner roleIf you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some
