Position: Creative Operations Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$70/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Develop long-horizon creative-ops tasks with deterministic rubrics for agent performance evaluation.
• Build scenarios in Asset Management focusing on versioning, naming conventions, and DAM tagging.
• Coordinate Production by routing creative intake and preparing handoff packets with required fields.
• Design Localization tasks using string lists for specified locales and defined glossaries.
• Work independently and asynchronously to create challenging scenarios requiring focus.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years in creative ops, design production, or content ops.
• Expertise in DAM administration (Bynder, Frontify, Brandfolder) or creative workflow tools (Asana, Monday, Airtable).
• Proficient in Figma file management and localization vendor coordination.
• Strong written communication skills; ability to articulate reasoning and create deterministic rubrics.

Compensation & Legal

• Hourly contractor, Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
