About the role: 

Ogilvy Sydney is looking for a Junior Creative Team with a passion for big ideas and a desire to create work that people notice, share and talk about.

We're looking for an Art Director and Copywriter who are curious, ambitious and eager to learn. You'll work alongside some of the industry's best creatives to develop ideas across a range of clients, helping to solve business problems through creativity.

You'll bring energy, fresh thinking and a willingness to challenge the ordinary. Most importantly, you'll be excited to grow your craft, collaborate with others and contribute to work that has the potential to influence culture.

What you’ll do: 

• Contribute to the development of creative ideas and campaigns across multiple channels


• Think conceptually and help solve client business challenges through creativity


• Work closely with Creative Directors, strategists, designers and client teams


• Present and communicate ideas clearly and confidently


• Bring a strong attention to detail across design, copy and presentation materials


• Stay curious about culture, technology, social platforms and emerging trends


• Continuously develop your creative craft and push your thinking further

What you'll bring: 

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong creative thinking and potential


• Some agency, internship or relevant creative experience


• An understanding of how ideas can work across different channels and platforms


• Strong communication and collaboration skills


• A positive attitude, sense of humour, and willingness to get stuck in


• Curiosity, ambition and a genuine passion for creativity
