Your new role
As a Credit Assessor, you'll be responsible forassessing and approving residential mortgage applications. You'll be workingwith diverse lending scenarios, including Low-Doc and Alt-Doc loans, andopportunities to contribute to process improvements. You'll work closely withbrokers and internal stakeholders to ensure credit decisions align with policyand risk appetite, while delivering exceptional service to clients.
What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in residential mortgage credit assessment, including Low-Doc and Alt-Doc lending
• Strong credit knowledge and hands-on experience in manually modelling credit scenarios and workshopping solutions directly with brokers
• Excellent proactive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet SLA deadlines
