•Friendly & supportive culture About your new job Working within a small credit team your responsibilities will include: •Contact Customers to follow up on overdue accounts
•Handle customer queries and resolve customer disputes
•Produce overdue reminder letters each month
•Receipting and allocating customer payments
•Bank reconciliations
•Assist with new Accounts & Credit Applications
•Additional ad-hoc tasks as required About You You will be an experienced Accounts Receivable / Credit Officer with the ability to manage a high volume ledger.
•Previous background in a similar role ideal
•Sound knowledge of Excel
•Ideally some exposure to large ERP Systems
•High level of accuracy and attention to detail
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
