Credit Manager (Due Diligence)

Credit Manager with an established international bank Your new companyYou will be working with an established financial institution who has strong presence in corporate and institutional banking scene.

Your new roleAs the Credit Manager, primarily responsible for the credit risk approval and management of a portfolio of Corporate customers and transactions. Responsibility will also be exercised in the management of Credit Risk arising from including M&A, Project, Leveraged and Trade finance, as well as general funding requirements, for corporate and financial institutions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Tertiary qualified with at least 3 years of experience in structured transactions, preferably analytically related
• Ability to write comprehensive due diligence report including but not limited to analysing company business model, assessing cash flow, constructing financial models, undertaking basic industry comparative studies and making appropriate counterparty and transactional recommendations
• Good knowledge of banking products
• Strong knowledge in project and structured finance
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office especially Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written language ability in both English and Mandarin
• Independent, strong decision making skills and able to identify risks with reasonable solutions provided
