Crew Member Asphalt Production - TI AM

A full-time position is now available for an Asphalt Production Crew Member to join our skilled production team based in Bayswater. We are seeking an individual with proven experience in the Asphalt manufacturing industry — or related experience in construction, quarrying, mobile plant operation, or mechanical trades — a strong focus on safety, and a commitment to quality. 

About the Role: 

As a key member of our production crew, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our asphalt manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of mobile equipment and fixed assets and ensuring that all safety and quality standards are upheld. 

What you’ll bring: 

• Current General Construction Induction Card 
• Current drivers licence 
• Asphalt manufacturing experience or asphalt experience within crews
• Experience as a fitter or a mechanically minded background is preferred but not essential – training can be provided. 
• Mobile Plant experience operating Front End Loaders, Skid Steers and Forklifts 
• Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
• Ability to work day and night shifts as required
