Join the dynamic team as a Crew Member and contribute to maintaining beautiful and functional grounds across various sites. You will be responsible for a variety of garden maintenance tasks and will ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard. Responsibilities: - Carry out garden maintenance tasks: mowing, edge trimming, pruning/hedging, weeding, application of chemicals, on-site rubbish removal, cleaning drains
- Assess the competencies of other team members
- Identify potential additional work orders at sites
- Perform site risk assessments (Take 5) and equipment pre-start checks
- Refuel equipment as required
- Maintain a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work
About you: - Ability to work autonomously or within a small team
- Empathy and patience in working with a diverse team
- MR license is desirable, but not essential
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Must possess a keen eye for detail and a sense of achievement in your work
- Ability to tow a trailer with all tools and equipment
Salary: Earn $25.14 - $27.01 per hour with valuable Non-For-Profit salary sacrifice benefits!
