Essential Functions
- Consistently briefs and executes campaign and BAU direct communications with a high attention to detail
- Owns execution of CRM flows across multiple Culture Kings and Branded product domains
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points in EDMs and Landing Page and partner with E-commerce and development to lift CLV and frequency
- Understand how SMS can be used to complement the performance of email flows, while also leveraging off email campaigns in a way that has maximum influence on database health and % of users classified as engaged
- Constantly identifying campaign AB testing opportunities to lift CVR and CTR via copy iterations, offer iterations and driving best use of Not For Sale product
- Measures and reports out on performance of Flows - referencing insights on why something is or isn't working, don't focus on just highlighting up and downs
- Developing, implementing and optimising triggered/ automated flows to support customer conversion, retention, referral, cross-selling and reactivation.
- Managing relationships with vendors like Klayvio to work on improvements & account optimisation.
- Identify source of truth for RFM measures to better align KPI’s
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years experience in a similar position within the online Fashion industry desirable,
- Experience using Klaviyo not essential but highly desirable
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and analyse and comment on trends
- Exposure to conversion strategy and experience with email & SMS strategy
- Ability to build strong relationships with external partners
- High level written and oral communication skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
- Exceptional understanding of the fast fashion market
- Ability to multitask, meet multiple deadlines and project management skills.
