CRM Developer - Dynamics 365

GoSourcing is looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (APS6 level) to join our team and support our client in enhancing their Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring that the D365 CRM system is customized and optimized for their processes.

Estimated start date: 1st August 2025

Initial contract duration: 12 months

Extension Term: 2 x 12 months

Location of work: ACT;

Arrangement: minimum 3 days in ACT office per week

Security clearance: Must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement customized D365 CRM solutions based on client requirements.
• Perform configuration and customization of the Dynamics 365 CRM application, including entities, forms, views, and workflows.
• Integrate D365 CRM with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure quality and performance of the applications developed.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and technical processes.
• Stay up-to-date with D365 CRM features and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team.

Criteria: Client has specified that each candidate must provide a one page pitch to address all criteria specified (equal to 5000 characters max).

Essential criteria

• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration best practices
• Demonstrated experience in configuring and designing solutions for MS Dynamics CRM / 365
• Familiarity with web development tools and technologies, including JavaScript, ASP.Net, C#, .NET, jQuery, SQL Server, HTML, and CSS
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with PowerApps and PowerBI
• Insight into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and testing
• Microsoft certifications (highly desirable)
