The role
Reporting to the Crown PlaySafe Shift Managers the Crown PlaySafe Advisor will assist customers who are seeking support or who have been identified as potentially experiencing difficulties associated with gambling. You will be trained ‘on the job’ in all aspects of Crown’s PlaySafe Code of Conduct, including the delivery of Play Periods, Self-Exclusion, Third-Party Exclusion and Revocation.
