Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experienced and energetic CRT Weekend Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will help lead the weekend operations of the CRT area, supporting the team to deliver excellent customer service, maintain high standards and ensure the site operates safely and efficiently.

The role:

• Customer Service – lead by example and deliver G.R.E.A.T. customer service, while supporting the team to provide helpful and knowledgeable solutions to customers.


• Team Leadership – provide guidance, coaching and support to CRT team members and help create a positive and productive team environment.


• Weekend Operations – oversee the day-to-day CRT operations during weekend trading, ensuring tasks are completed and priorities are managed effectively.


• Safety & Compliance – uphold WH&S processes and help ensure the safety of team members, customers and contractors across the site.


• Store Standards – maintain high standards of presentation, merchandising, stock management and general store maintenance.


• Customer Enquiries – confidently handle routine and more complex customer enquiries and complaints, supporting team members where required.


• Sales & Product Knowledge – identify opportunities to increase sales and provide customers with knowledgeable advice across the CRT product range.


• Communication – work closely with the Retail Weekend Supervisor and Store Management to ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently.


• Opening & Closing – assist with opening and/or closing the store as required, in line with company and store procedures.

Ideally you will have or be:

• Previous experience in a CRT/Rural or similar retail environment


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Previous experience leading, coaching or supporting a team


• A proactive ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work independently


• Strong problem-solving and time management skills


• Good knowledge of Rural/CRT products and sales


• The ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm in a busy retail environment


• Basic computer and Point of Sale skills


• A forklift licence would be an advantage


• A genuine commitment to workplace safety and providing G.R.E.A.T. customer service
